  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of inspection.
  • Shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation requests will be handled as a return.
